For over 25 years, alphatronics has been developing high-quality televisions for mobile use. All our televisions are developed, assembled, tested, and packaged at our Nuremberg site. This not only ensures consistently high product quality but also short distances between development, production, and service. <\/p>

While many electronic devices today can hardly be repaired, we deliberately pursue a different path. For us, responsibility does not end with the sale of a television. Our experienced radio and television technicians continue to service and repair alphatronics televisions many years after purchase. To make this possible, we stock important spare parts long-term and ensure availability of up to ten years, depending on the component. In addition, owners of current webOS Hub televisions benefit from long-term software support with security, feature, and system updates for up to seven years. <\/p>

Even with technological advancements, we examine possibilities, depending on the model, to continue using existing components. For example, high-quality displays can often be used significantly longer than the underlying electronics. Proof of purchase<\/strong>Please send us a proof of purchase or a copy of the invoice with the date of purchase, if possible. This facilitates the verification of potential warranty claims. <\/p>

If a repair is necessary, we ask you to send the device carefully packaged to our location in Nuremberg.<\/p>

The service form ensures that all information relevant to the repair is completely available.
